From one program to a full BridgeUSA partner.
HRInternational Inc. was founded in Manila in 2008 with a single purpose: to give Filipino students, graduates, and educators a trustworthy, well-organized way into the United States’ BridgeUSA Exchange Visitor programs. What began as a small team supporting the Exchange Visitor Program, has since grown into a full-service cultural exchange partner based in Intramuros, Manila.
We see cultural exchange as a genuine diplomacy tool: a chance for young Filipinos to live, learn, and build lifelong friendships abroad, then bring that experience — and a broader view of the world — back home. That belief is why we’re a founding member of the Alliance of Cultural Exchange Providers in the Philippines (ACEPP), and why our team has personally guided more than 5,000 Filipinos through the Exchange Visitor Program - Student category alone.

Principles, not just paperwork.
