About HRInternational Inc.

Building bridges since 2008.

We’re a Manila-based cultural exchange organization — not a placement or manning agency — helping Filipinos take part in the U.S. Department of State’s BridgeUSA programs with confidence.

Our story

From one program to a full BridgeUSA partner.

HRInternational Inc. was founded in Manila in 2008 with a single purpose: to give Filipino students, graduates, and educators a trustworthy, well-organized way into the United States’ BridgeUSA Exchange Visitor programs. What began as a small team supporting the Exchange Visitor Program, has since grown into a full-service cultural exchange partner based in Intramuros, Manila.

We see cultural exchange as a genuine diplomacy tool: a chance for young Filipinos to live, learn, and build lifelong friendships abroad, then bring that experience — and a broader view of the world — back home. That belief is why we’re a founding member of the Alliance of Cultural Exchange Providers in the Philippines (ACEPP), and why our team has personally guided more than 5,000 Filipinos through the Exchange Visitor Program - Student category alone.

What guides us

Principles, not just paperwork.

01Integrity & complianceEvery program we support is administered by a U.S. Department of State-designated sponsor. We follow the rules closely and explain them plainly — no shortcuts, no surprises.
02Genuine exchangeWe’re not in the business of overseas placement. Our programs are cultural and educational exchanges first, with structured training built into that experience.
03Full-circle supportFrom your first inquiry to your homecoming, our local team and U.S. partner network stay with you at every step.
04Community, not transactionsMany of our participants arrive through partner schools and alumni referrals — relationships we take seriously long after a program ends.
Support that travels with you
