Who we are

A cultural exchange partner, not a placement agency.

HRInternational Inc. (HRI) is the Manila-based partner of U.S. Department of State-designated BridgeUSA sponsors. Since 2008, we’ve guided Filipino students, recent graduates, and licensed educators through government-regulated cultural exchange programs that pair cross-cultural immersion with structured, hands-on training at real U.S. host organizations.

We’re a founding member of the Alliance of Cultural Exchange Providers in the Philippines, and our team has personally guided more than 5,000 Filipinos through our Exchange Visitor Program - Student category alone — plus hundreds more through our Internship, Trainee, Teacher, and Camp Counselor categories.
