Inside the Internship USA experience.
Internship USA gives current students and recent graduates six to twelve months of structured, degree-related training at a real U.S. host organization — a chance to see how your field actually operates outside a classroom, in an international setting.
Training Plan are built around your course of study, so a hospitality management student trains inside hotel operations, a business student inside a commercial host organization, and so on. Alongside the technical exposure, you'll sharpen professional communication, build a genuinely global network, and still have room to see the country during time off.
Because this is a cultural exchange category, every placement follows a formal training plan agreed between you, your host organization, and HRI's U.S. visa sponsor — with regular check-ins to keep the experience on track.
What HRI generally looks for.
Every case is reviewed individually with an account coordinator — this is a starting guide, not a guarantee.
- Currently a full-time student, or graduated within about the last 12 months
- Pursuing or holding a degree or certificate from a school outside the U.S.
- Seeking training related to your field of study
- Comfortable communicating professionally in English
- Open to a placement anywhere from six to twelve months
